Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    1/4 c. dried minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in a 1-quart casserole; microwave at High for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.
    Stir until cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
    Stir in milk, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, pepper, chopped green pepper and chopped dried beef, mixing well.
