Candied Dills - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dill pickles
    2 3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mixed pickle spices, tie in nylon net bag
Preparation
    Drain pickles and
    cut
    in lengthwise strips, slices or chunks.
    Combine sugar
    and
    vinegar;
    add
    pickling
    spices. Place pickles in bowl or
    jar and cover with the syrup.
    Cover and let stand for several days.
    Stir every day.
    Remove spice bag and pickles are ready.
