Good Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. soda
pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
-
Bring first 3 ingredients
to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from stove.
Add soda, cream of tartar and salt. Pour over the popped corn. Stir until covered.
Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
Shake or stir with wooden spoon every 10 to 15 minutes while baking.
