Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese*
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dill seed or caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    *By using cottage cheese instead of shortening or cooking oil, you can cut down on the fat, yet still achieve a tender and moist bread.
