Sweet Pickles(Makes 4 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. canning salt
    dill
    cucumbers
    hot peppers
    pickling spices
Preparation
    Put
    dill
    in jars, then cucumbers.
    Put in hot peppers and pickling
    spices.
    Make the brine and pour in jars.
    Seal and cold
    bath until cucumbers turn color.
    For sour pickles, cut vinegar down to 1 cup and omit sugar (makes 2 quarts).
