Fresh Apple Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla at medium speed until thoroughly combined.
Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour in greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
