Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks. Gradually mix in brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecan halves (well coated in egg-sugar mix) on greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Store in air tight container. Freezes well.
