Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini or yellow squash (unpeeled), sliced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 ripe chopped tomatoes
    6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini for 3 to 5 minutes (you can use a combination of several kinds if you like).
    Combine chopped green pepper, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, onion and salt.
    Mix well.
