Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter
Preparation

Put the drained pineapple in a greased dish.
Mix together the cheese, sugar and flour and sprinkle mixture over the pineapple. Put the crumbled Ritz crackers over top.
Melt the butter and drizzle over top of cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
