Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach, washed, with tough spines removed
    1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
Preparation
    Dry spinach well; tear into bite size pieces and put into individual salad bowls.
    Top with onion rings and mushrooms.
    Just before serving, pour on Eileen's Salad Dressing.
