Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip for second layer.
Combine remaining ingredients and put this mixture on top of second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
