20 Minute Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 large can olives, pitted
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 tsp. Accent
    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce
    16 oz. whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 c. sour cream or 1 egg and 1 c. milk, mixed together
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat butter in large pan.
    Add onion and meat; cook until lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cornmeal, olives and seasonings.
    Stir until thoroughly mixed and cornmeal starts to thicken.
    Leave in pan; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Or, pour into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
