London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. top round or London broil, cut 1 1/2 to 2-inches thick
    salt, pepper, meat tenderizer and garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with dry ingredients.
    Let sit 1/2 to 1 hour on each side.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes per side on grill.
    Last 5 minutes, baste with sauce on each side.
    Slice at angle.
    Cook according to thickness and desired doneness.
