Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Stir in flour, 2 cups warm water and sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 days or until bubbly.
    Stir 2 or 3 times daily.
    Refrigerate.
    Use at room temperature.
