Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 big eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Cream together butter, Crisco and peanut butter.
    Add gradually, white and brown sugars, creaming well.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Blend in dry ingredients gradually.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful of dough for each.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten crisscrossing with fork.
    Dip fork in flour to keep from sticking.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
