Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook grits in water until thick.
    While hot, add other ingredients, saving 1/2 cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole before removing from oven.
    Cook in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
