Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. whipping cream
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    7 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until thick.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Makes 1 gallon.
