Beatrice'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry sherry or orange juice
    3 Tbsp. Chinese oyster sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Lay steak
    in
    shallow
    pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over
    meat.
    Turn
    over
    to
    marinate
    both
    sides. Cover and refrigerate
    for
    6
    to 8 hours or overnight.
    (Drain and rescue marinade you
    can
    save
    and
    use it on hamburger or chicken if you wish.)
    Broil steak over very hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes each side or cook in frying pan over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes each
    side.
    Brush
    with marinade, cooking 8 to 10 minutes longer.
