Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

2 lb. beef tenderloin, sirloin or round steak
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
3 to 4 stalks celery
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 c. dairy sour cream
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 to 10 c. buttered egg noodles
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Partially freeze meat; thinly slice across the grain into bite size strips.
Combine 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt; coat meat with flour mixture.
