Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Raisins (optional)
    1 c. Warm Water
    4 - 5 c. fresh Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
    8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. thinly sliced Celery
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar Cheese (orange)
    1 small Red Onion
    1 c. Mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Sugar
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation
    Combine Raisins and Warm Water in small bowl and let stand 5 minutes, drain.
    Combine Raisins, Broccoli, Onion, Celery, Bacon, Cheese in a large bowl and toss well.
    In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Sugar and Vinegar; mix well.
    Spoon dressing mixture over broccoli mixture.
    Toss gently and serve.
    Serves 10.
