Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 small can corn
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Place 2 tablespoons bacon grease or oil in a 10-inch black iron skillet and into 375\u00b0 oven. while mixing cornbread.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
