Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    3 c. Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sharp shredded cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick of oleo and pour over crushed crackers in a 9-inch or 10-inch pie dish.
    Saute onions in 1/4 stick oleo. Spread over cracker layer.
    Mix eggs, milk and cheese and pour over onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 40 to 45 minutes.
