Egg Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 hard-boiled eggs
small onion, grated
pinch of salt
Preparation

In a bowl add cream cheese, place grated eggs over cheese. Add chopped pepper; grated onion, melted butter and salt.
Mold with hands and place in center of plate.
