Orange Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. ground saffron
1 Tbsp. Angostura bitters
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, mix orange juice with water, saffron, Angostura bitters and butter.
Bring to a boil.
Slowly stir in rice.
Stir to blend well.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
Fluff with fork and serve.
