Pasta E Fagioli(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. chili-mac (pasta)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. chopped canned tomatoes (undrained)
1 can cannellini (undrained)
parsley
2 Tbsp. dried basil
ground pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni al dente.
Combine oil and garlic in a 2-quart casserole.
Cook at High for 35 seconds.
Add tomatoes with liquid, basil and pepper.
Cover with wax paper; cook on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until boiling.
Stir in beans and liquid; cover and cook at Medium (50%) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add macaroni. Serve in bowls topped with Parmesan cheese.
