Sour Cream Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. softened butter
Preparation
    Mix butter and flour together with a fork.
    Add sour cream and stir until moistened.
    Spoon into greased miniature muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 2 dozen gems.
