Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned corn
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Chop corn and drain.
    Add beaten egg yolk.
    Sift the flour with salt, baking powder and paprika.
    Stir into corn mixture.
    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
    Dip batter by teaspoon and slide it into the heated oil (375\u00b0).
    Fry until medium brown, 3 or 4 minutes.
    Drain.
    Serve immediately.
