Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Place rice, onion and butter in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until brown.
    Add bouillon and mushrooms.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove cover; bake for 10 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
