Red Neck Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Bush's black-eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can yellow or white corn
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and jalapeno
1 c. Zesty Italian salad dressing
1 bunch chopped green onion or 1 small diced sweet onion
1/2 medium chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Cavender's spice
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve with corn chips or nacho chips.
