Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    2 slices bread (for bread crumbs)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry sausage until crumbled.
    Drain and pour into casserole dish.
    Mix eggs, salt, mustard and milk.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
    For best flavor, let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Cook for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
