Cheddar-Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Bring cheese to room temperature.
Then mix together all the ingredients, except for pecans.
Shape into a ball and coat with chopped pecans.
