Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast (quick or regular)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix together yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and water. Set aside. Combine milk, margarine, 3 tablespoons sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add to yeast mixture.
    Add flour and form into soft ball.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Knead 20 times on a floured board. Form into rolls for 9 x 13-inch pan or muffin pan.
    Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
