Minted Baby Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 to 30 baby carrots, trimmed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh chopped or 2 tsp. dried mint
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine carrots and salt with water to cover.
    Bring to a boil over high heat and cook 20 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
    Return carrots to pan and add butter or margarine and sugar.
    Shake pan over low heat to melt butter and glaze carrots.
    Sprinkle with mint.
