Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell peppers
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half.
    Remove seeds, wash, cook 10 minutes or until tender.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion, tomato sauce and rice.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Fill peppers with mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
