Roasted Potatoes With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium red potatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. canned unsalted chicken broth
    12 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 20 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Cut potatoes in half. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
    Cover and refrigerate.)
