Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 large fryer or hen
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salted water.
    Debone and cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Dip tortillas in chicken stock until wilted.
