Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 7 lb. cut up chicken
    1 large bottle French dressing (8 oz.)
    2 envelopes instant onion soup mix
    1 large or 2 small apricot preserves (12 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Remove all skin, wash and dry chicken. Soak chicken in mixture for 2 hours or more.
    Cook, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours or until glazed at 350\u00b0.
