Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin strips (shrimp or chicken strips)
    1/2 c. oil
    5 tsp. lime juice
    3 Tbsp. fajita seasoning (onion, garlic and red pepper)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium red pepper, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro
    1/4 c. Feta cheese or Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. tortillas
Preparation
    Blend oil, lime juice, fajita seasoning and meat.
    Marinate 2 hours.
    Drain; reserve marinade.
    In heavy frying pan, on high, heat 4 tablespoons marinade.
    Add peppers and onion; saute. Remove.
    Add 2 tablespoons marinade to frying pan.
    Add meat; stir until cooked (3 to 5 minutes).
    Remove.
    Pour remaining marinade into pan; cook 1 minute.
    Pour over meat and peppers.
    Add cilantro; toss.
    Serve on tortilla covered in cheese.
    Serves 4 to 6.
