Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rotini
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream
    1/2 c. Swiss, shredded
    1/3 c. Parmesan
    3 c. chicken, cubed
    3/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Cook rotini; drain.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Gradually stir in broth and cream.
    Cook over low heat; stir constantly. Blend in cheeses.
    Stir constantly until cheese melts.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Continue to heat and stir until heated through.
    Easy, quick and very delicious!
