Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. salad oil (1/4 c. each peanut and olive oil)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 to 5 anchovies
    1 head romaine lettuce
    croutons
Preparation
    Wash and dry romaine lettuce; tear into bite size pieces. Place all other ingredients, except croutons, into blender and process 15 to 20 seconds or until mixed thoroughly.
    Place romaine into bowls.
    Add croutons, pour dressing over.
    Toss thoroughly, add a little extra Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
    Great with garlic bread.
