Homemade Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, measure, resift three times with the salt, baking powder and sugar, ingredients the last time in a mixing bowl.
Beat egg, add milk and melted butter (pour in the middle of dry ingredients).
Stir until dry ingredients are just dampened, then stir 4 or 5 more times.
Spoon into muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
