Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton chicken livers
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    enough cooking oil to cover livers
Preparation
    Rinse livers and drain.
    Dip livers in egg and milk mixture, then into flour.
    Fry in large skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
