Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5/8 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground sirloin (could use moose)
    13 slices crushed bread crumbs
    2 1/2 c. whole milk
    3 eggs
    5/8 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spread brown sugar over bottom of loaf pan, then sprinkle cloves over brown sugar.
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, mustard and salt and pepper with hands.
    Pack into loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Invert to serve.
