Spicy Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soup mix, dressing and preserves. (Makes about 2 1/4 cups.)
    Pour half the glaze over chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven, basting occasionally, 1 hour or until tender.
