Carrot And Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage (finely)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
Add vinegar and salt.
Chill. When slightly thickened, fold in carrots and cabbage.
Turn into individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp lettuce. Garnish with mayonnaise.
Makes 6 servings.
