Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    7 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Blend in milk, butter and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
    In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa.
    Sprinkle evenly over batter.
    Pour hot water on top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake 40 minutes until center is almost set.
    Let cool 15 minutes.
    Spoon sauce from bottom over top when serving.
    Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
