Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. fresh prepared strawberries
1/4 c. strawberry gelatin
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
red food coloring
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked

Preparation

Combine gelatin, cornstarch and sugar.
Add cold water slowly and mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly and becomes clear.
Add a few drops of red food coloring.
Cool until thick and lukewarm.
