Porcupine Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. powdered marjoram
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add 1/2 cup to first mixture.
    Shape in a loaf and put in baking pan. Pour remaining liquid over meat loaf.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
