Blueberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 well beaten egg
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Alternately add orange juice and flour mixture to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in blueberries and orange rind.
    Fill paper cups 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 cupcakes.
