Wontons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. of fresh Wonton wrappers
    1/2 lb. finely chopped pork
    1/2 lb. salad shrimp (chopped)
    1 small can water chestnuts, finely chopped
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    7 green onions (just mince and use white portion of onion)
    2 raw eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all the above ingredients (except wrapper) together in a bowl. Place approximately 1 tsp. in the center of the square wonton wrapper. Fold diagonally and wet the two sides of the wrapper so you will have a triangle. Now wet the two sides of the triangle and connect, forming a crown. Deep fry wontons in oil at approximately 350\u00b0 until golden brown. ZUCCHINI QUICHE
